Attendance reports

The Attendance Report, (Time & Attendance → Attendance Report) is a library of prebuilt reports. Each can be filtered by any grouping method: branch, department, unit, employee, age range, and more. Every report exports to Excel or PDF.

Reports are presented as cards, each with a brief summary and an About this report link describing its purpose in detail.

Report What it shows
Attendance Records Every successful attendance, with arrival time, attendance number, lateness, status, and exit time per schedule. Lateness is color-coded for quick spotting.
Attendance Time Report The in-depth view: scheduled start and end, check-in and check-out, lateness, attendance duration, calculated break hours, and Working Duration in Schedule (time in the office, excluding breaks and time out). It also shows extra time worked after check-out, the day-by-day view of overtime. See Where overtime appears in reports.
Attendance Summary Report Each employee’s totals for a period: expected attendance duration against actual duration, working duration, and days present and absent.
Daily Time Sheet A per-employee grid of the first punch (check-in) and last punch (check-out) each day, plus days off.
Daily Hours Sheet Hours worked by each employee each day, plus their leave days in the period. Useful for payroll.
Schedule Absenteeism Report Everyone absent per schedule within the period. Someone in several schedules appears for each one they missed.
Daily Absenteeism Report Everyone absent for the whole day. Being present in at least one schedule that day counts as present.
Attendance Logs Report Every scan in and out captured from the biometric devices, with the exact time of each entry.
Monetization Report The payroll feed, one row per employee: pay rate, present, absent, and leave day counts, hours in schedule, regular-day and holiday or weekend totals, shift allowances, and Leave Earnings from settled paid leave, summed into Total Amount Payable. Un Monetized, Missing Leave, and Failed Leave flag anything not yet valued, and open the Needs Attention queue.
Manpower Report Aggregated attendance counts and hours per employee for a period: days present on working days, weekends, and holidays, plus normal and extra hours.
Unscheduled Employees Report Active employees who are not assigned to any active work schedule. Useful for catching new hires and people between schedule transitions.
Schedule Analysis How much each employee is scheduled (scheduled days and break-adjusted scheduled hours) over the period, and who has no schedule. Select a row for the breakdown per schedule, or use Unscheduled only to focus on gaps.
Custom Attendance Reports Build your own report. See below.
  • Filters: every report narrows by date range, employee, department, branch, units, age range, and other grouping fields, shown as removable filter chips.
  • Include off-boarded employees: most attendance, summary, time, and absenteeism reports include employees who have since left, so historical figures stay complete. Toggle as needed.
  • Export: download the current filtered view to Excel or PDF.

When none of the built-in reports fit, build your own:

  • Choose columns from employee details, the scheduled day, what happened on it (arrival, exit, lateness, hours), day counts, and the full monetization breakdown.
  • Drag columns into the order you want, rename any of them, and add row totals for the figures that matter.
  • A report shows one row per scheduled day by default. Turn on Aggregate report to roll it up to one row per employee, with day counts counted as days and amounts summed.
  • Every report needs a date range, and can cover up to two years at a time.
  • Saved reports can be re-run whenever you like, and export to Excel or PDF.
