Payroll reports
Open Payroll → Payroll Reports to analyze completed payroll runs. Reports filter by the usual employee groupings plus pay group, period, and run state, and export to Excel or PDF.
Reports default to the most recent completed run, or to the newest run of any state when none is completed yet. The summary, bank instruction, and remittance reports cover completed runs, so they include Approved and Paid runs only.

Country-specific reports
Section titled “Country-specific reports”Some reports appear only for organizations in a given country. The SSNIT contributions, income tax remittance, Tier 2, Tier 3, and Salary Structure reports are Ghana-only:
- SSNIT Contributions Remittance: employee and employer social security contributions.
- Income Tax Remittance: withheld income tax for the tax authority.
- Tier 2 / Tier 3 Reports: mandatory private-trustee pension contributions and the voluntary provident-fund equivalent.
- Salary Structure Report: the salary-structure breakdown for a group of employees.
The Payroll Summary Report, Payroll Bank Instruction Report, Payroll Type Reports, Agency Bill Report, and Custom Reports are available everywhere.
The Agency Bill Report
Section titled “The Agency Bill Report”For organizations using outsourced staff, the Agency Bill Report rolls agency-supplied payroll into the amount each staffing agency is billed: FTE headcount, basic pay, overtime, shift allowances, every other billing component such as fees, statutory pass-throughs, per-day charges, and recoveries, and the total payable. The Excel export adds a department cross-cut with GL codes.
The figures are taken from the run as it stood, so they stay accurate when an employee later changes agency or department. Filter by payroll period, agency, and payroll state.
