After a successful sign-in, Eban Register opens the page you were heading for. If your session had expired, you return to the page you were on.

If sign-in fails, a message appears at the top of the page:

Message What it means
Invalid email or password The address or password does not match a verified account.
Email not verified The account exists but has not been verified yet. See Verifying your email.

  2. Fill in your personal details in the fields provided.
  3. Choose a Password and repeat it in Confirm password.

  5. An email will be sent to your email. Verify your email address by following the instructions in the email.

Every new account must be verified before it can be used to sign in. Eban Register emails a verification link when you create the account.

If you try to sign in first, you will see a Verify your email screen with a Resend the link button. If the email does not arrive, check your spam or junk folder. You may also select Resend the link to have Eban Register send it again. If it still does not arrive, contact your organization’s administrator.

  1. On the sign-in page, select Forgot password?
  2. Enter your Email address and select Send reset link.
  3. Open the reset link from your email. Check your spam or junk folder if it does not arrive.
  4. Enter a New password of at least 6 characters, and repeat it in Confirm password.
  5. Select Change password.

You can then sign in with the new password. Use a password you have not used for this account before.

Eban Register opens the organizations launcher, which lists the organizations you can access.

  • If you only belong to one organization, Eban Register opens it directly.
  • If you have access to several, select the organization you want to open.

Use the sidebar to move between the modules of your organization. At the top, the current organization’s name or logo, and the Switch organization button. The menu groups the modules: Employees, Time & Attendance, Leave, Payroll, Settings, Audit & Logs, and others. Select an item with a submenu to expand it.

The sidebar shows only the menus you have permission to open. If a feature is missing, it has not been granted to you. See Roles & permissions.

The header runs along the top of the workspace and holds the controls that are available throughout the app:

  • The menu button shows or hides the sidebar on a phone or a narrow window.
  • The notification bell opens your notifications.
  • Your account menu gives quick control access to your Profile, Theme, and Log out.
  1. select the Switch organization button just beside the organization name at the top of the sidebar.
  2. In the Change Organization window, select another organization from your cards.

If you belong to many organizations, you can page through them. You can also select the Eban Register logo at the top of the sidebar to return to the organizations launcher.

Each organization keeps its own data, including anything you have not saved yet. Switching does not carry data across.

If your account allows it, the account menu contains a Switch to option that opens the Self Service portal for the current organization. Employees use that portal for their own leave requests, attendance corrections, overtime, payslips, and profile updates.

In the account menu, use Theme to choose Light, Dark, or System, which follows your device. Your choice is remembered for your account.

From the account menu, select Profile to view and edit your own administrator profile details.

  1. Open the account menu.
  2. Select Log out.
  3. In the Confirm Log Out dialog, select Yes, log out.
