Appraisal reports

Appraisal Reports (Appraisals → Appraisal Reports) is the library of performance appraisal reports. Each report can be filtered by employee grouping methods and downloaded or exported to Excel or PDF.

The landing page lists the reports as action cards with a summary and an About this report link. Reports default to the current year and, where relevant, the current or default appraisal window.

Report What it shows
Appraisal Window Report A summary of the organization’s performance over a specific period or window
Employee Performance Report Per-employee scores for a period: the number of objectives and competencies, Objective Score, Competencies Score, Overall Score, and Matrix Score
Department Performance Report Per-department averages for a period: Average Objective Score, Average Competency Score, and Overall Score
Goal Setting Report Goal-setting progress per employee for an appraisal year: the number of objectives and competencies each employee set, their session status, and total objective weight

Common controls

Section titled “Common controls”
  • Filters: employee, department, branch, appraisal year, appraisal window, and session status where applicable, presented as removable filter chips.
  • Year and window defaults: reports default to the current year and the default appraisal window; change them as needed.
  • Drill in: on the Goal Setting Report, use View goals on a row to open that employee’s pre-assessment session with their full list of objectives and competencies.
  • Export: download the current filtered view to Excel or PDF.
